Course Description

Inova Neurosciences is hosting the renowned Neuroradiology and Neuropathology courses, formerly known as the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology (AFIP) courses, in January 2026.

The legacy of Dr. Kenneth M. Earle lives on through these paired “short courses,” designed for residents, fellows, and practicing physicians preparing for their board examinations in neuroscience specialties.

Prepare for five days of rigorous, high-level education led by world-renowned experts in neuropathology and neuroradiology. The course includes two days focused on neuroradiology, followed by three intensive days of neuropathology.

We’re thrilled to offer this course in a fully virtual format, allowing you to participate from the comfort of your own space.

To make the most of this dynamic experience, we encourage you to join us live for each session to engage and connect in real-time.

New this year: all sessions will also be recorded and made available for 3 months after the course, so you can revisit the content at your convenience.
